Description

This pasta chips recipe is a crunchy, customizable snack made with simple pantry staples—boiled pasta, olive oil, seasoning, and cheese—cooked to crispy perfection in an air fryer or oven.


Ingredients

Scale

200 g short pasta (farfalle, rigatoni, etc.)

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

20 g Parmigiano Reggiano

Chili flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Boil pasta in salted water just past al dente and drain.

2. In a bowl, mix pasta with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, Parmigiano, and chili flakes.

3. For Air Fryer: Preheat to 180°C (350°F) and cook 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

4. For Oven: Preheat to 200°C (400°F), spread pasta on a parchment-lined tray, and bake 17–20 minutes.

5. Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite dip.

Notes

Use gluten-free or pulse pasta for dietary variations.
