Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 pinch cayenne pepper
8–10 oz warm filtered water
Instructions
1. Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to a glass.
2. Sprinkle in the ground ginger and cayenne pepper.
3. Pour warm water into the glass.
4. Stir well until fully combined.
5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
Drink once daily, preferably in the morning.
